Ask about the cells:
- Where do the cells come from, and how are donors screened?
- How are they prepared and tested? Can I see the Certificate of Analysis?
Ask about the procedure:
- Who performs it, and what are their qualifications?
- What side effects are possible? Commonly reported ones are temporary pain, swelling or stiffness at the injection site
- What should I avoid afterwards, and for how long?
Ask about your health:
- Do any of my conditions or medicines affect suitability?
- Treatment may not be suitable with active infection, pregnancy, current cancer or cancer treatment, or uncontrolled health conditions. The doctor will review this
